Refunds & Exchanges:

All sales come with a 100% satisfaction guarantee, 30 day return policy. If you are not completely happy with your purchase you may request a full refund or exchange up to 30 days after the purchase date. Products must be returned in original condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping.

Payments:

Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover (Telephone & In-Person Sales Only)

Shipping:

We ship orders using United Parcel Service (UPS) or United States Postal Service (USPS). Please allow 1 to 2 business days for processing time before your order ships.

Taxes:

We collect 6% Pennsylvania State Sales Tax on purchases made by Pennsylvania residents or shipments within the state of Pennsylvania. Customers outside the state of Pennsylvania will not be charged sales tax and are responsible for paying their local sales tax, if required to do so by law.

Special Order Items:

Please allow up to 30 days for delivery on products marked "Special Order Item". Customers will be notified if additional time is required.

The data and images provided by Days Gone Bye Quilts have been subjected to numerous control mechanisms to ensure its’ accuracy. At all times, Days Gone Bye Quilts will use best efforts to maintain its accuracy. However, if at any time the data or images provided are incorrectly priced or below fair market value or availability has substantially changed or image or descriptions contain inaccuracies, Days Gone Bye Quilts shall not be held responsible or liable, furthermore Days Gone Bye Quilts reserves the right to reject any orders placed based on this erroneous information.

Sizes are approximate and may vary due to hand cutting and piecing.
